We will generate revenues from selling knowledge content to institutional investors, AI foundation model labs, other AI companies, and other businesses.
We commit to deliver 75% of our net revenues to our experts.
We grant experts perpetual economic rights to their contributions. So, if we resell or reuse content—days, months, or years after original writing—the expert will share in the revenues we distribute.
We will license content to earn revenue in two general ways:
- Direct response to specific askers asking specific questions—both in real time and for later re-use (for similar questions that come in later)
- Library licensing (licensing of all, or significant portions of, knowledge content)
Experts who participate in direct response will split those revenues directly earned from those responses with the Company.
We believe that this economic relationship with experts gives us a clear incentive to maximize their pricing power.
